Core Discovery
The convention center mental model works because it gives people a spatial way to understand a governed digital capability environment, but it should not be mistaken for the underlying product itself.
The governed digital capability environment is the concrete runtime; the convention center is the mental model and tour.
A governed digital capability environment is not organized around product names first.
It is organized around four governed domains:
IDNA = Identity + Data + Networks + AI
Everything else exists to make those four domains safe, usable, observable, and provable.
Brochure Front Door
Use this as the front-door sequence:
IDNA defines a Governed Digital Capability Environment.
It is not software you merely install.
It is a governed place where digital capability happens.
Think of it as a Secure Digital Convention Center.
It governs Identity, Data, Networks, and AI.
Then explain:
Existing systems enter without replacement.
Meaningful actions are admitted before effect.
Work executes within bounded environments.
Every consequential outcome is observable, evidenced, and either delivered or contained.
What We Govern
The IDNA framework governs digital capability across four domains:

What We Take Care Of
Instead of asking an organization to separately assemble governance, risk, compliance, identity, security, AI controls, observability, evidence, audit, containment, and delivery, the governed operating boundary places those needs inside one unified environment.
That means GRC, IT, and Cybersecurity are not presented as three disconnected services.
They become operational consequences of governing IDNA correctly.
Govern Identity correctly -> authority becomes controllable.
Govern Data correctly -> exposure, storage, and evidence become controllable.
Govern Networks correctly -> movement and connection become controllable.
Govern AI correctly -> intent-to-action becomes controllable.

The governed-place framing makes the buyer understand:

That is the shift.
The IDNA brochure does not need to introduce every Nova component on page one. The brochure should first define the governed environment, then use the convention center as the tour:
- what enters,
- what is governed,
- what happens inside,
- what evidence is produced,
- and what is allowed to leave.
The components come afterward as proof of how the facility works.
13-To-1 Compression Bridge
The 13:1 GRC / IT / Cybersecurity compression should be introduced after IDNA.
The order should be:
1. What we govern: IDNA.
2. Where it happens: the governed digital facility.
3. How it moves: Governed Motion / GEE / G-Tx.
4. What it replaces: disconnected GRC, IT, and cybersecurity workflows.
5. What it proves: 13-to-1 compression into one admissibility pass and receipt.
Suggested language:
The IDNA framework compresses scattered GRC, IT, and cybersecurity obligations into one governed execution environment for Identity, Data, Networks, and AI.
Then:
The 13-to-1 model means thirteen legacy governance concerns are handled through one governed motion path: identity, policy, risk, compliance, admission, execution, isolation, observation, evidence, storage, containment, delivery, and settlement readiness.
